Submission Guidelines

Submission Entrance

Authors are invited to submit the full manuscript of their technical paper, for oral or poster presentation.

Papers in pdf format may be uploaded via the web using Conference Submission System.

1. All the tables and figures in the paper should be original and un-published, or authors must submit "Permission Request Form"(click to download) for publication purpose.
2. Accepted full paper will be subjected to similarity check before publishing. Papers with above 30% similarity index may not pass the final check.
3. Submitted full paper should have no less than 10 pages(12 pages preferred, 20 pages maximum), including all figures, tables, and references.
4. One regular registration covers a paper within 15 Pages. Extra pages will be charged at 30USD per page.

Multiple Submission Policy

ICGDA will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under reviewing, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

Submission Category

*Full Paper/Publication

Full paper submission is required. The final manuscript will not be published without advance registration after receiving paper acceptance notification.  

*Abstract/Oral Presentation Only (Not publication)
Only abstract submission is required. The abstract cannot be orally presented without advance registration after receiving abstract acceptance notification. And the abstract won't be published in conference proceedings or journal.

Reviewing Process

A confirmation and paper id for submission will be sent via email within 1-2 working days. If you can not receive a confirmation more than 3 days, please contact: A preliminary selection process will take about 10-15 days after your submission, at which point you will be notified by email whether it was selected. Then after peer review process, initial acceptance/rejection will be distributed about 20-25 days after your submission. Please complete registration only after you receive the notification of acceptance. You should follow the steps in the notification for a successful registration.
